OPD information
Separate outpatient department open during day and evening timings and closed at night. Emergency service is available 24 hours a day. OPD has separate consultation rooms at different timings.

Emergency information
Emergency service is available 24 hours a day, Monday to Sunday, with trauma and casualty support, ambulance and Emergency Cardiac Care Service with cardiac monitors.
Medical records
The hospital maintains a Medical Record Department (MRD) with computerized billing. Please contact the clinic for record requests.
Visitor & attendant facilities
Canteen
Canteen provided for usual eatables, tea, coffee and soft drinks. Alcoholic drinks and smoking are not allowed in the hospital.
Water
Purified hot and cold water is provided 24 hours a day with safe drinking water.
Kitchen
Two kitchens, one on each floor, for patient relatives to cook their food.
Laundry
Dhobi Ghat for washing relatives' clothes and a power laundry for hospital clothes.
Power Backup
Generators of 82.50 KVA for electricity supply during power failure.
